Contact Manager

The Contact Manager provides means to track customer contacts, perform searches based on user-defined criteria, generate mail labels, schedule call-backs, and perform automated Word Merge.

 

Bid Generator

The Bid Generator can be used to automate the creation of bids/quotes using predefined sales items. Multiple bids per customer can be generated, and previous bids copied to new customers.

 

Sales Tracking

Sales Tracking allows the creation of Purchase Orders, Invoices, Monthly Statements, and accounting reports. It provides a way of managing business specific needs and integrating with existing accounting packages like QuickBooks.

 

Program Linker

The Image Linker is a set of modules that allow the opening of various other applications and documents (such as Excel, Word, AutoCad, and graphics files) from within one database application.

 

Membership Mgmt

Membership Management provides modules for tracking organization members, creating dues reminders, tracking donations/pledges, and invoicing for dues.
