The Bid Generator is a set of modules that can be used to automate the creation of sales quotes for specific customers. Multiple bids per customer can be generated, and previous bids copied to new customers. Users can create a bid by selecting sales items from pull-down lists that have predefined prices. Totals are computed and the itemized bids generated with user defined disclaimers and adjustments. 

The system provides a way to keep track of all previous bids for a client and perform modifications. Bids for new customers that have requirements similar to previous customer can be copied. Numerous criteria can be used to search and find bids.

The Bid Generator modules can be combined with the Contact Manager, Sales Tracking, and other  modules. Mechanisms for importing and exporting records as files for other applications are available.

Examples of available applications that have used the Bid Generator include Roofing Contractor databases and Excavation Service databases.
