The Membership Management modules combine many of the features of the Contact Manager, with numerous functions that are specific to member tracking. Various membership categories can be defined, and dues amounts/payments tracked. Automatic reminders of membership expiration can be generated.

The membership modules can include donation tracking and disbursement to various categories. Pledge tracking, with automatic creation of pledge installments and installment reminders, are also available. 

The Membership Management modules Contact Manager modules can be combined with the Contact Manager, Sales Tracking, Program Linker and other  modules. Mechanisms for importing and exporting records as files for other applications are available.

Examples of available applications that have used the Membership Management  modules include Hospital Pledge Campaign databases, Education Foundation databases, Environmental Organization databases, and Athletic Organization databases.
