The Contact Manager is a set of modules that manage the storage and retrieval of customers and other contact types. Numerous user-defined fields can be assigned to contacts to find them geographically, by contact type, etc. Interaction histories can be stored, and combined with scheduled followups. Numerous reports, mail labels, and automated Word Merge can be created to match subsets of contacts based on user-defined criteria. 

The Contact Manager modules can be combined with the Bid Generator, Sales Tracking, Membership Management, and other  modules. Mechanisms for importing and exporting records as files for other applications are available.

Examples of available applications that have used the Contact Manager modules include Veterinary Pet Clinic databases, Storage Unit Tracking databases, Publication Subsciption databases, Contractor/Plumber databases, and Equine Product Supply databases.
