When The Genesis Group opened, it was founded on the knowledge that trunk system owners, world-wide, needed assistance. What's a trunk system? It is a highly intelligent two way communications system. It allows courier companies, service companies, and lots of other companies communicate with all of their people. All of this communication is controlled by a computer and repeaters that are located at a tall tower site. This allows hand held radios and vehicles to talk to each when they are up to 60 miles (100Km) apart! Genesis specializes in software (and some hardware) to enhance the management and billing of these systems. We help the system owner make money from his investment.

It's been our privilege to help with over 1300 Motorola and LTR (Trademark of E.F. Johnson Company) systems, worldwide. Our services include answering simple questions before a system is purchased to implementation of full, daily operations training. Within this range, we have analyzed trunk system orders, installed towers and repeaters, surveyed sites, set up ID management systems, billing and radio management systems. We have traveled to almost all continents of the globe to help trunk system owners with our software and hardware.

We want to help. Frankly, money is secondary to improving the industry and our customer's image. Oh, we expect to be rewarded for the services we perform, but that is not our primary motivation. Our Mission Statement (we call it Our Purpose) says it all pretty clearly. Please take a second to glance at it.
