Illowa Communications

Lisle Shires watches over the trunking operations of Illowa Communications. Illowa is located in DesMoines, Iowa, USA and has been a division of Palmer Communications, Inc. Illowa is currently owned by ComElec Services, Inc. They are using our full GTMS package with the complete range of features. The 'Laurie twins' handle the day to day GTMS operations. Lisle has operated our EzSave module since 1992 and added GTMS in 1996. They invoice and manage over 6000 Motorola trunked radios.


McCaw Argentina S.A.

McCaw Argentina is located in Buenos Aires. McCaw is under the very capable direction of Gregg Wood (of Saber Communications and Nextel fame). Gregg's team is using the entire GTMS suite of software along with CTech loggers to operate their 8+ Motorola trunking systems. They are also using portions of GTMS to do the billing on their several EDACS trunk systems.

Signaltel, Toronto, Canada

David Hayes handles the daily trunking operations for owner, Ray Hyde. Signaltel's parent company, Lakeshore Electronics is a premier communications supplier to the Ontario area. They are using GTMS from Genesis for their 900MHz operations along with Ctech loggers.


.Mobil Line Peru S.A.

This is a customer currently operating our EzBilLTR software. They are a dynamic influence in Lima, Peru and on the grow.


Teamcall Private Limited

Bombay India is the home of this company. Teamcall will be managing and operating over 30 Motorola trunking systems all over India. They are using the GTMS software from Genesis.


MultiCom

Guiaquil Ecuador is home to MultiCom. MultiCom operates the full GTMS software from Genesis on their trunking systems located in Ecuador.


Nextel

Nextel is one of the most dynamic communications companies in America. The roll-out of their iDEN digital trunking network is unparalleled in this century for trunking communications. Still, Nextel operates over 1100 Motorola analog trunking systems in the United States. Here are the words of John Oppermann, manager of their Analog operations:

"Two years ago, when we knew that my department would be taking over all of the "tower" operations for the Motorola 800MHz analog systems, I began looking for a software solution to our needs. The awesome task of managing the hundreds of details for 900+ Motorola analog trunking systems was coming close. I looked at most of the software vendors that even came close to our needs. Only one was already doing most of the automation that we needed. Only one already had a way to fully synchronize our radio databases with the tower sites. Only one worked with our existing computer environment. Only one company had customers around the world, bringing us a wealth of knowledge about Motorola analog trunking.

In the past 18 months, Phil Burks and The Genesis Group team have installed and fine tuned their GTMS software for Nextel's tower department. When our department receives a request for a new code assignment, change, or turn-off for non-pay, we have that request fully processed and automatically sent to each tower within 5 to 10 minutes in most cases. The GTMS software allows us to process around 50,000 changes like this every month. GTMS is used by our Customer Service Department and our Billing Department to help answer customer questions in real time. Our Airtime Department uses the GTMS communications (EzSaveII) to download the airtime from the tower sites around the clock. EzSaveII is also used to reload trunk sites that crash from time to time. Right now, on our Nextel computer network, almost 100 people rely on GTMS every day for fast and accurate information.

One of our factors in choosing Genesis over the other options was customer service. Their goal of 'Tenacious Customer Support' is more than a goal . . . it is their life! Their entire team does what it takes to get the job done and on time. I understand that we are Genesis' largest customer. I also know their entire team and I know that goal comes from their hearts.
