ETTL Analytical Laboratory
Associated Field Activities

At right, an ETTL field technician takes a sample from an ETTL-installed monitoring well. The sample will be transported to the Analytical Laboratory for thorough analysis.

Drawing on the services of other ETTL Divisions, the Analytical Laboratory makes available to its clients a wide range of sampling and other pertinent field activities, including:

1. Installing monitoring wells. (Click here for more information, or contact ETTL's Jim Farr)

2. Preparing ground-water sampling and analysis plans; sampling of wells, and conducting of statistical data assessments. ETTL can develop and instrument ground-water quality assessment programs. It also can provide NPDES permitted process water discharge sampling and grab sampling equipment. It can maintain appropriate records and stay in communication with governmental authorities to ensure compliancewith all pertinent regulations. (Click here for more information, and/or contact ETTL's Steve Kennedy or Les Jeske.)

3. In-place soil, stockpile and ground-water sampling at petroleum storage tank (PST) remediation sites. (Click here for more information, and/or contact ETTL's Mike Cruce or Steve Kennedy)

4. Surface and subsurface soil and water sampling, making use of ETTL's wide range of drilling equipment and/or its probing equipment for site contamination and remediation determinations. (Click here for more information, and/or contact ETTL's Jim Farr)

5. Outdoor air sampling using high-volume cassette filters and solvent desorption tubes, as well as indoor air quality assessments. (Click here for more information, and/or contact ETTL's Brandon Quinn)
