2. Preparing ground-water sampling and analysis plans; sampling of wells, and conducting of statistical data assessments. ETTL can develop and instrument ground-water quality assessment programs. It also can provide NPDES permitted process water discharge sampling and grab sampling equipment. It can maintain appropriate records and stay in communication with governmental authorities to ensure compliancewith all pertinent regulations.
