Call 1-877-A-Dumper to Report Illegal Dumpers in East Texas

The East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) receives grant funds from the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) for Implementing the ETCOG Regional Solid Waste Management Plan and for Conducting Near Non-Attainment Air Quality Studies for Ground Level Ozone.
