ETTL Compliance Assessment
and Waste Management Services for Landfills

ETTL's staff works with both landfills and landfill users to help them understand, implement and comply with federal and state regulatory programs, including Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations and, in Texas (for example) with the regulations of the TNRCC. As part of these services, the Company conducts periodic OSHA training courses, as shown at right (and described below).

ETTL not only can work with landfills to help them review manifests for industrial waste streams, as well as help with identification of incoming waste, using laboratory analyses as required to properly identify and classify it, but the Company also can work with waste generators (landfill clients) to analyze their wastes and set up procedures that will meet TNRCC and/or other state or governmental requirements, as well as landfill requirements. ETTL also can help landfill clients establish treatment methods to prepare waste for disposal, and show them how to prepare waste documentation that will satisfy governmental requirements.

As part of its compliance services, as shown in the above photo, ETTL conducts annual 8-hour OSHA training seminars for personnel from other organizations so they can be enabled to work in hazardous waste environments. Further, ETTL has the ability to interface with various regulatory agencies. All of which can assist landfills and their clients in maintaining compliance with ever-changing, detailed regulations.
