ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS FOR LANDFILL APPLICATIONS

Determining and evaluating the existing environmental conditions of property is essential for organizations and individuals involved in the permitting of new (or expanding) landfills, as well as those who have operations with environmental concerns that must be addressed. Assessing the financial impact caused by a particular environmental problem is necessary if the true value of a property is to be established.

ETTL's Phase I ESAs consist of comprehensive studies which provides overviews of the environmental conditions of properties under study.

ETTL's Phase II ESAs comprise still more detailed investigations and can involve field drilling, sampling and analytical testing to define particular environmental problems. (Samples taken during such drilling operations also can be used for geotechnical testing to determine subsurface soil types and for stratigraphic studies.) The environmental information developed from such investigations provides the background necessary for determining remedial actions as well as associated costs.

ETTL's Phase III ESAs involve actual remediation steps to restore sites to an environmentally acceptable condition.

The people at ETTL to talk with about ESAs for landfills are Steve Kennedy, Brandon Quinn or Les Jeske.

SITE REMEDIATION SERVICES FOR LANDFILL CLIENTS

ETTL not only can carry out almost all types of remediation as part of its Phase III ESAs, but has itself originated a highly effective and unique bioremediation technique for clean-up of a variety of contaminants in various media. If your property, or properties you are interested in, exhibit needs along these lines, the people to talk with at ETTL are, again, Steve Kennedy, Brandon Quinn or Les Jeske. You'll also get a good deal of information about ETTL's bioremediation capabilities by looking at the ETTL Bioremediation and Other Site Remediation Services Page.

And you'll find more detailed information about ETTL's ESA capabilities in general on the ETTL Environmental Site or Property Assessment Services Page.
