Below is a picture of the composting site at the Rose Garden that was paid for with ETCOG/TNRCC grant money, and the ribbon cutting for the grand opening. Keith Mills is the project coordinator and has worked hard to see it accomplished. Much of the work was done by the City of Tyler and the Smith County Master Gardeners.
