Below are pictures of the Carthage Recycling Center opened in June of 1998.  They received grant funds for the baler, conveyor belt, and recycling drop-off containers.

This year the City of Carthage received $33,000.00 to pay half the cost of a chipper and truck. (Pictures soon to come)
