It was the late spring of 1996 when I was required to be in Buffalo, New York for a week of testing on a new turbine monitoring system I had designed. During our week in Buffalo, we had a Saturday and Sunday to explore the environs. With apologies to denizens of Buffalo, we found little in Buffalo to see. So we launched over to Niagara Falls and then into Toronto.
