To look into the eyes of an orphan; a child for whom the world has no place, is a heart-wrenching thing.
Why is it that the innocents of our world seem to pay so high a price?

While the injustices suffered by these little ones should break our hearts - and stir within our calloused souls an indignation and anger - perhaps there is an answer to this tragedy, after all?
Perhaps somehow, somewhere in the muddled chaos of our world - or, better yet, beyond it - there is a reckoning where the little angels are set free at last...

every child in God's family - souls orphaned at birth - knows a hunger, a thirst to be wanted |
|
And, in a way, we are all like these little lost souls, aren't we?
Perhaps we have avoided the cruelty of this world for a time. Perhaps we have drunk deep from the cup of blessing. But we are still so alone here. And every corner holds the threat to our security. And we huddle in doubt and fear, hoping to avoid the inevitable one more day. |

it's common ground every soul wants to live and be loved and in the sight of heaven's view

He is calling you home. You are His child. And while this wilderness we wander through may be cruel and unjust, He longs to free us from the permanance of our lonliness - our desperation and despair.
