Once you have created an email address with us, you need to setup your computer to receive your email.  Please us the guides below to verify that your email account is setup correctly.

Some Anti-Virus programs automatically scan your email.  Occasionally this causes a few technical difficulties.  Symptoms include your email program being unable to locate the email server or the email server "timing out".

If you are having trouble retrieving your email, follow these steps:
 
1. Disable your anti-virus email scanning:

2. Attempt to retrieve your email.

3. Once you have confirmed that your email is working properly again, please
     re-enable your anti-virus email protection. 

If activating the email protection disables your email access again, please contact your anti-virus manufacturer.

If you are having difficulty viewing email attachments, please be sure that you have the correct program to view the files (e.g. File.doc would require Microsoft Word to open the file).

If you are receiving the error message "Outlook Express removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your email: file_name1, file_name2", then follow these steps:

1. Start Outlook Express.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Under Virus Protection, clear the check box that says:
   "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" 5. Click OK.
