If you want to create a new email address with us, you can set it up through our Internet Account Management System:  Account Management
 

In order to setup your email address on your computer, you need to know the incoming and outgoing Cox email server names:

Incoming (POP3) Mail Server: pop.cox-internet.com
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: smtp.cox-internet.com
 

Once you have created an email address with us, you need to setup your computer to receive your email. The only pieces of information you need to know are the Cox email server names, your email username, and your email password.
