| The set consists of a bowl,platter and 6 cups.
The inside of the bowl has tracery leaves and grapes on ivory with 24kt gold. The set was given to a Miss. Bell in 1898 as a wedding gift. She lived in Chicago and later retired to San Diego, where a Helen Scott purchased it from her. |

| Stanford White was a contemporary of Tiffany and worked some with him. This set came from his studio of American Fine Porcelain Art Glass Division. Stanford White was also a fine architect and was the designer of Madison Square Garden. He was murdered in 1906 by the husband of the lady he was having an affair with. |

| The set is from the art nouiveau period and we
were told a similar set went for $12,500 at Sotheby's although we do not know this for a
fact. The price for the set is $5,500. |
