In the name of god Amen.

I Nicholas Everheart being weak of boddy but of sound mind and memory do publish

this my last will and Testament Revoking all other wills by me at any time made

which is as follows VIZ.

First I Require my Executor to pay my funeral Expences together with all of my

Just debts out of any monies that I my have on hand or that may first come into

his hands.

Second I give unto my beloved wife Anna Everheart the whole Amount of my Estate

Imbracing all my lands and property of Every kind and description during her

natural life or widowhood but if she should see proper to get married and cease

to be my widow then the whole Amount of my Estate ceases to be hers any longer

and is to be Equally divided between my lawfull heirs.

Third I nominate and appoint my beloved wife Anny Everheart Executrixe and

George Kinney Executor this the 22nd day of October in the year of our lord one

thousand eight hundred and Fifty three.
