STATE OF TENNESSEE } To George Kenney & Anna Everhart

GREENE COUNTY } Citizens of Greene County

Whereas the last Will and Testament of Nicholas Everheart deceased, has been exhibited and proven in our County Court of Greene County and you the Executrix and Executor named therein, having given bond and Security and taken the oath of an Executor the Court ordered that Letter Testamentary be approved to you.

These are therefore to impower you the said George Kenney and Anna Everheart to enter upon the Execution of Said Will and the laws of this land requiring you to make and exhibit an Inventory and an account of Sales, and to make Settlement of Said estate accerding to law.

Witness Elijah W. Headrick Clerk of Said Court at office the 3rd day of July 1854.
