This day came Elizabeth Johnson guardian of the estates of Jas. John & Mary Everheart minors with her report of sale which is as follows:-

Grayson County } In Probate Court Grayson County Texas April Term 1878

To the Judge of said Court.

Your petitioner, Elizabeth A. Johnson guardian of the estates of James, John and Mary Everheart minors, would respectfully show unto your honor that in compliance with an order to sell the land hereinafter described and granted by your Honor at the December Term 1877 of your Honors Court; your petitioner sold to M. A. E. Dewids ? the land hereafter described for three dollars per acre cash. Said land is described as follows: Situated in Fannin County Texas and in the S. A. Dixon headright and being one fourth interest in the same.

Beginning at the S.E. Corner of Lot No. one in the partition of the estate of Wm Corn out of the headright of S.A. Dixon Thence West 18 6/10 poles to the S.W. Corner of lot No. 1 thence South 44 3/10 poles the S.E. corner of a 160 acres sold by S. A. Dixon to Wm Crawford a stake whence an elm marked X bears N. 10 degrees E 16 links. Thence East 51 8/10 poles a stake thence South 134 7/10 poles a stake in South line of original survey. Thence East 129 8/10 poles to the SE corner of original survey, thence North 179 poles to the beginning - Petitioner represents that said minors are only entitled as above stated to an undivided one fourth interest in said 160 acres of land.
