James Everheart et al minors }

} Now on this Dec 26th 1877, came Elizabeth guardian of the estate of Said minors, with her application to sell certain lands belonging to said minors, which lands are described as follows: Being an undivided one fourth interest in 160 acres of land out of the S. H. Dixon headright survey, in Fannin County described as follows, Beginning at the SE corner of Lot No 1 in the partition of the estate of Wm. Corn, Whence West 11 6/10 poles to SW corner of lot No. 1 - thence South 44 3/10 poles the SE corner 160 acres sold by S. H. Dixon to Wm Crawford a stake whence an elm marker X bears N 20 degrees E 16 links thence East 51 8/10 poles a stake thence South 134 7/10 poles a stake in South line of original survey, thence East 129 8/10 poles to SE corner of original survey, thence North 179 poles to the place of beginning.

Said petition being heard and understood by the Court is granted. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said guardian proceed to sell said land at private sale for cash in hand and report her action to the next term of this court.
