And now comes said Petitioner and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that legal notice had been given and no objections filed in this Court whereupon it is ordered that the said Eliza Hadden be and she is hereby appointed Guardian of the persons and Estates of said minors and that she be required to give bond of Two Thousand Dollars and that she have till the ____ term of this Court to file said bond.
