The State of Tennessee No. 19561

To all to whom these presents shall come Greeting: Know ye that in consideration of an entry made with entry takers office of Hawkins County of no. 1333 dated the 18th day of April 1833 by Nicholas Everhart. This is granted by the state of Tennessee with the said Nicholas Everhart and his heirs a certain tract or parcel of land containing eighty three acres, lying in the county aforesaid on the south side of Holston river, waters of Honey cuts' and Dodsons' creeks, adjoining D. Rowan and others Including the house and improvements where Everhart now lives Beginning at a ___ oak and price to Lauderback and Potrams, then with Potrams line East one hundred and forty one poles to a large white oak, come to Potram, then with sd. Lauderbacks line and Potrams north fifty five East thirty four poles to two white oaks, come to Rogers with Rowan's line, north forty six with fifty four poles to an elm then with a conditional line north forty six West, sixty six poles to a Spanish oak, come to Everhart and Rowan, then with Rowan's line south forty two with thirty seven poles, to a large poplar and white oak, Rowan's corner, with his line north seventy five West seventy six poles to s stake and Lauderback's line, two white oaks and a buckeye and a hickory marker as _______, then with Lauderback's line, South ninety four poles to a stake as Louderback's line with the same East fifteen poles to the Beginning.Surveyed April 12th 1833. With its appurtruances to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with the appurtunances to the said Nicholas Everhart and his heirs forever. In witness whereof Newton Cannon as Governor of the State of Tennessee has hereto set his hand and caused the grant seal of the said State to be affixed at Nashville on the 12th day of November in this year in this year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five and of American independence the sixtieth.
