Hermann Walka, P.E.
ETTL's Geotechnical and Materials Laboratory Services Manager,
Hermann has had close to thirty years of experience
in civil engineering. He graduated from the State College
for Engineering and Surveying in Frankfurt, Germany,
and operated his own civil engineering concern,
Walka Engineering, before coming to the United States in 1988.
A professional engineer in Germany, he now is a registered P.E.
in the State of Texas.
