and manager of engineering services,
Steve is a registered professional engineer
in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi.
A Rutgers graduate, he's currently on the board
of the Texas Council of Engineering Laboratories
and vice chairman of the Texas Committee
on Materials Engineering. A major responsibility
of his is supervision of the ETTL geotechnical
and construction materials engineering services.
