ETTL has been providing a broad range of engineering and consulting services to clients in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and adjoining regions since 1965. The Company not only has a highly experienced and qualified staff of some 70 engineers, technicians and support personnel, offering close personal service, but it makes available fully equipped geotechnical and construction materials testing laboratories, as well as a modern, state-of-the-art environmental analytical laboratory. ETTL also has a full complement of field sampling equipment and instrumentation, including a large fleet of vehicles for subsurface exploration. In addition to home offices and laboratories in Tyler, Texas, ETTL also maintains offices and materials testing laboratories in Longview, Texas, and Texarkana, Arkansas.
