Doug Flatt, P.E.
Chairman of the board
and principal engineer of ETTL,
Doug has had more than forty years
of experience in civil engineering.
With three degrees from Texas A&M, including an MS
in civil engineering, he served A&M as an instructor
in civil engineering, and then joined TxDOT,
becoming a senior laboratory engineer
and resident senior engineer until 1965,
when he founded ETTL.
He recently retired as chairman of the Southern Division
of ACIL (The Association of Independent
Scientific, Engineering and Testing Firms);
and he serves on ASTM Committee E-50,
which sets standards for environmental site assessments.
