Darrell Flatt
President of ETTL, Darrell has two degrees
from Texas A&M. He served as ETTL's vice president
of administration and marketing
before taking over headship of the firm.
He also was highly active in environmental
site assessment (ESA) activities, and in expanding
ETTL's engineering services in Northeast Texas,
Arkansas, Louisiana and adjoining states.
