To provide quality services to the courts by conducting pre-sentence investigations, supervising offenders at meaningful levels, and providing alternatives to incarceration along a continuum of sanctions.

To serve the community by collecting court-imposed financial obligations, such as restitution, fines, court costs, appointed attorneys' fees and supervision fees, and to protect the community by proactively supervising offenders and by notifying the court upon a defendant's violation of the conditions of supervision.

To provide defendants with a continuum of services and sanctions, all used as a means of working toward law abiding and socially responsible behavior.
